Job Title: Cook (Female)

Location: Kado Kuchi, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook food items according to recipes, menus, and quality standards.
• Utilize various cooking methods, including grilling, frying, baking, sautéing, and steaming, to achieve desired flavors and textures.
• Ensure that dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with menu specifications, portion sizes, and plating guidelines.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, freshness, and taste by inspecting ingredients and monitoring cooking processes.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and sanitized, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and rotate stock to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
• Assist with cleaning duties, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and kitchen sanitation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook or Line Cook in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety principles, and kitchen equipment operation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
