Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher at Quality Foods Africa Group located in Abuja. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching food delivery orders to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
• They will communicate with drivers, track delivery progress, and address any issues that may arise during the delivery process.
• The Dispatcher will also maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an OND qualification with 1 - 5 years work experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with delivery management software or systems
• Knowledge of Abuja's roads and traffic patterns
• Customer service experience
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
