Job Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and expand market reach in the tech and surveyingindustry.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships, alliances, and business opportunities that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and liaison between the company and external partners.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software, technical, and finance, to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the needs of clients and partners.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field;
• Degree in Geograhic Infirmation System (GIS) is an added advantage
• Minimum of three years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership management roles within the technology sector.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and closing complex deals with strategic partners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of the tech industry landscape, including trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
