We are seeking a young, vibrant, dynamic and self -motivated medical sales executive with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our medical products and services by building strong relationship with healthcare professionals and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach to ensure monthly sales target is met.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare facilities to drive business growth.
Lead product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers
Makes telephone calls in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for products.
Maintain records of new customers, deleted customers and changes to call cycles to ensure cost-effective coverage of the territory
Ensure monthly sales targets, new account targets, key product targets and payment targets are achieved.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Biological Sciences, marketing, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of sales experience within the medical industry, preferably in medical equipment or Health software sales.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of sales strategies and concepts
Good understanding of developing sales reports
A valid driver's license is required
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word,PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
