Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description

• Giving a good Impression of the hospital to its patients and visitors.
• Ensuring that the environment is welcoming, calm, and quiet for patients and their families
• Collecting patient information, and updating medical records.
• Logging all data for the dayfor backup.
• Answers the phone calls while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner using proper telephone etiquette.

Requirements

• Computer Literate
• Face to face experience with customers
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational ability
• Highly motivated team player willing to go the extra mile.
• Must be presentable and smart (Good-looking).
• Paying attention to detail.
• Fast learner.
• Must reside within Oshodi, Ajao Estate and around International Airport Axis.
