Job Title: Site Supervisor (Entry Level)

Location: Lagos

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to schedule work activities and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulations.
• Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel on-site.
• Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the project management team, highlighting milestones achieved and any challenges encountered.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Provide leadership and direction to site personnel, including assigning tasks, providing training, and addressing performance issues as needed.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in construction management or occupational health and safety are advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Experience working with a variety of construction trades and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with project management software and tools.

Remunerations

• Salary: N90,000 - N100,000 monthly.
