We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Lagos Island (Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki) - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Liaise with external partners and ensure legal compliance
• Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
• Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
• Hire and Train employees
• Organize and maintain personnel records
• Update internal databases
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
• Revise company policies

Requirements

• Minimum of a First Degree in any of the Social Sciences / Humanities
• Not less than 10 years proven experience in a similar role
• Age: between 35 and 50
• Must be a member of a professional body
• Computer literate
• Excellent communication skills
• Good command of English Language both in writing and speaking.
