Position Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to join our team. The Marketing Associate will play a crucial role in promoting both our clothing production factory and retail outlets.
• This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a thriving fashion brand. The Marketing Associate will report directly to the Marketing Director and the Head of HR.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Intertex Fabric and Designs' products and services.
• Collaborate with the team to create engaging marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the fashion industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Plan and execute events and promotions to drive foot traffic to our retail outlets.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and product catalogs.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
• Represent Intertex Fabric and Designs at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and fashion.
• Perform other functions assigned as regards to the role of marketing associate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
