Within a few years, the hospital expanded its scope of practice into a full-fledged private multispecialty hospital. Job Title: Nursing Manager

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager at Cedarcrest Hospitals in Lagos.
• The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing patient care, and ensuring the highest quality of care is provided.
• The role includes coordinating and supervising nursing activities, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Nursing Management and Nursing skills
• Experience in Critical Care Medicine and Patient Care
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and make decisions
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
• Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is a plus
