Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Ogba, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

• To ensure the overall running of office operations smoothly.
• Proper management of all staff affairs.
• Ensure the right orders are delivered to clients in a timely manner.
• Ensure all staff meet up with company's expectations and compliance with KPI.
• Expand sales through creating new marketing strategies.
• Maintains sanity and order of all staff.
• Draft policies concerning work ethics and enures all staff abide by them.
• Stand in as the middle man between the client and the CEO and builds favourable relationships with customers.
• Uphold brand image and build a team that is ready to do same.
• Take record of daily office activities and give report to the MD.
• Attend meetings with clients on behalf of the CEO and seal business deals.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND/OND with 2-3 years experience
• Must be vibrant, strict and disciplined
• Must be computer literature
• Must have eyes for details
• Must be able to command respect
• Must have excellent time management skills
• Must have great leadership skills
• Must be versatile and smart
• Ability to work under pressure with little or no supervision
• Must have worked in similar capacity before
• Age between: 25-35

Salary
N100,000 / Month.
