Job Description
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales through strategic relationship-building with prospective clients, fostering new business growth within designated accounts, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and meeting sales objectives.
Additionally, He/She will engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams to pinpoint and capitalize on business prospects, negotiate contracts effectively, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure success.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish, and maintain relationships with key clients, and expand the company's customer base.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Build and maintain strong positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales campaigns, promotions, and product enhancements
Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to the management team.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's Degree is considered advantageous.
Minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably within the services, automotive, or logistics industry.
B2B experience is essential.
Demonstrated success in sales management, particularly in the automotive oil services industry as a B2B sales manager or area sales managerwith experience in the oil and gas or telecommunication firms
In-depth product knowledge encompassing the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Proficiency in analyzing sales data, preparing comprehensive reports, and delivering impactful presentations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must be mobile.
