PAN Learning Centre was established in 1978 with 11 expatriates under Organization for Rehabilitation through Training-ORT based in London. The Centre has since October 1989 been fully Nationalised. PAN Learning Centre (PLC), is a full subsidiary of PAN Nigeria Limited, a foremost car manufacturing and assembly plant in Nigeria. PLC is now open to the Nigerian Automotive Industry and the general public for trainings in Automotive Technology and other Auto related trades.
PAN Learning Centre has initiated specialized automobile programs as a way of contributing to the employability and development of the Nation’s economy. These programs are each distinctively designed to empower youths with skills capable of putting the nation close to the same technological pedestal as that of the developed countries. The Centre aims to promote the availability of middle-level manpower with appropriate Automotive Technical and Vocational Skills to meet the identified needs of the Nigerian Auto Industry and economy as a whole
