About the Role

• We are seeking a diligent Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to oversee our company's stock levels and distribution across various locations.
• This role is crucial in linking our accounting and logistics functions, ensuring meticulous inventory control and efficient management of delivery agents.
• The ideal candidate will be methodical, detail-focused, and equipped with excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Align inventory records with financial data, ensuring precise transaction documentation.
• Identify and report any discrepancies between physical stock counts and system records.
• Collaborate with the finance department to guarantee precise financial reporting for recording sales
• Generate comprehensive inventory and financial reports.
• Perform regular audits on inventory processes and controls to maintain company standards.
• Manage and replenish stock across different locations based on reorder points and operational requirements.
• Coordinate the onboarding of new delivery agents to ensure adherence to company protocols.
• Work in conjunction with various departments to enhance inventory management and logistical practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in inventory management or logistics within a complex business setting.
• Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational, communicative, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Google sheets.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 / month.
