Requirements / Skills
Knowledge Area:

• Interested candidates should possess a relevant Bachelor's Degree / HND in a relevant field with 7 - 10 years work experience.
• Retail sales- Experience in Travel Retail sales
• Sales- Experience in use of Online sales platforms
• Sales- Experience in Driving Offline sales
• Marketing- Experience in Online retail marketing
• Marketing- Experience in Offline retail marketing
• Strategy- Experience in design and implementation of unit strategy
• Technical Knowledge- Experience in setting up and using direct purchasing platforms
• Team Management- Experience in driving team towards business expansion (financially)
• Team Management- Experience in working with team towards business expansion
• Leadership- Experience in developing and upskilling the retail sales division
• Sales Targets- Previous experience in achieving expected ROI's
• Work scope- Understanding/ Experience in Regional Sales
• Culture- Ability to work with other business units towards achieving their goals
• Marketing Targets- Experience in Performance marketing and supporting the marketing process
• Culture- Excellent Customer Service
• Industry Experience- Prior experience in the travel industry or in managing any travel product/ services (Must Have)
