Job Description

• Are you a seasoned Brand Communication Strategist seeking an exciting new challenge? We're looking for a talented individual with a minimum of 6 years of experience to join our clients team.
• As a Brand Communication Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's communication strategy. You'll be responsible for developing innovative and impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience, drive brand awareness, and enhance brand perception. From crafting compelling messaging to leveraging various communication channels, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand communication strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Create engaging and persuasive content across various platforms, including digital, social media, print, and events.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of communication initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to continuously innovate and improve brand communication efforts.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in brand communication, marketing, or related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Proficiency in utilizing various communication tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and executing campaigns from conception to completion.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Salary

• N250,000 - N350,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
