Job Description

• We are looking for innovative and goal driven individuals to fill in the position of a Business Assistant. He/ she is responsible for the smooth running of the organization interms of secretarial duties and also assist the administrative officer in administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining office inventory and stock of the office supplies
• Work with variety of individuals taking feedback where appreciate to assist in business support delivery for staff
• Resolve office related malfunction and respond to request or issues
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliances with established policies
• Maintain trusting relationships with clients, customers and colleagues
• Perform receptionist duties when needed

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Public administration or relevant discipline
• Good communication skills
• Good in Microsoft office package such as excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to learn and adapt easily to new work procedures and environment
• Good organization skills
• Ability to deliver results and leadership ability
