Job Title: Solar Installer

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• We are seeking skilled and experienced Solar Installers to join our team in Abuja ( Both Male and Female). The ideal candidates will have a strong background in solar installation, troubleshooting and remote monitoring, with a focus on ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of solar energy systems.
• The Solar Installers will play a crucial role in installing, testing, and maintaining solar panels and associated equipment, as well as providing remote monitoring support to optimize system performance.

Responsibilities

• Install solar panels, inverters, and other components according to engineering specifications and industry best practices.
• Conduct site surveys to assess installation requirements and identify potential obstacles.
• Troubleshoot issues related to solar energy systems, including electrical, mechanical, and software problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the continued functionality and safety of installed systems.
• Utilize remote monitoring tools and software to monitor system performance and diagnose issues remotely.
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of installations and maintenance tasks.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solar installation and maintenance, with a minimum of 1 - 2 years in the solar industry.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical and software issues related to solar energy systems.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with solar panel installation techniques and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and other stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications and training in solar installation and safety procedures preferred.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments as required.
