TV Deluxe Global - Our client, a reputable firm in the Real Estate Industry, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Develop new business relationships, identify prospects, and follow through till the sale is closed.
• Prepare a proper marketing report on sales activities to superiors through scheduled reporting structure.
• Design and draft content filled proposals to prospective clients.
• Arrange and design marketing plan and advertising to promote our properties.
• To maintain effective relationships with existing clients to retain business and cross sell.
• Schedule and conduct site visits and follow up effectively with client till closure.
• Appraising properties and competitor analysis.
• Compiling the listings of all properties for sale on our social media pages.
• Outdoor marketing of our properties.
• Offering advice on current market conditions to clients and prospects.
• Negotiating and closing sales in line with in-house approved products to meet sales target.

Requirements

• A minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ work experience in Real Estate Sales and Marketing
• Candidate with experience in mortgages especially National Housing Funds is preferred

Salary Range
N120,000.00 - N150,000 commission: 3% on sales closed
