We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: UI / UX Specialist

Location: Central Business District, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide concepts and designs that respond to the briefed objectives with a strong understanding of user experience, interaction design and creative collaboration.
• Produce visual designs that complement written content, ensuring consistent application of established design standards.
• Uphold and enhance visual consistency across various surfaces, including apps, web interfaces, and email communications.
• Own the full user experience of our games from blue sky to UX specs to polished UI designs.
• Design UI/UX wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes with accurate user flows and mockups
• Build UI systems that can scale in production, owning them from concept to launch.
• Advocate for trends and best practices in UI/UX and become our subject matter expert on all things UX.
• Advocate for improvements in the game or features to maximize player comfort, engagement
  and retention.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback / project team feedback.

Requirements & Competencies

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or UI/UX or other relevant designing field.
• With more than 3 years professional experience in UI / UX Design, with an online portfolio of exceptional design and/or illustration projects.
• Possess visual design skills as needed to communicate an idea clearly.
• Familiar with cognitive and social psychology, motivational theories.
• Can integrate UI assets into the engine and proactively find solutions for integration and quality improvements.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch) is a must.
• Has proven working knowledge of and highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (notably Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Ability to visualize innovative solutions beyond the simple use of software.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
