Job Description

What You'll Do

• Partner with various departments to understand business needs, translate them into data-driven questions, and design actionable analysis projects.
• Utilize your technical proficiency to gather, clean, and analyze complex data sets relevant to business operations (e.g., project costs, market trends, customer demographics).
• Employ your data analysis skills to extract meaningful insights using advanced tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, data visualization platforms).
• Develop compelling presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Assist in crafting winning proposals and partnership deals by leveraging data-driven arguments and highlighting value propositions.
• Stay current on industry trends in business analytics, data visualization, and relevant software programs.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of data-driven recommendations to optimize business processes and achieve strategic goals.

Who You Are

• Recent graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 0 - 3 years relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for turning data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and eager to learn new data analysis tools and software.
• Tech-savvy with a strong foundation in data visualization principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor presentations to diverse audiences.
• A team player with a proactive approach and a drive to achieve results.
