Job Title: Data and Business Analyst

About the Job

• As a Business and Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to understand company’s trends, develop metrics, and create visualization.
• You will be required to work closely with various departments to ensure accurate data for business growth.

Responsibilities

• Test business processes and recommend improvements.
• Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
• Implement and maintain data quality checks and validation processes.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solution.
• Conduct business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations based on data findings.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards that communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
• Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Maintain databases and data systems to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience in data or business analysis or any related role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
