Job Title: Growth and Marketing Executive

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description

• You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase the company’s user base, revenue, and brand presence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze past marketing campaign data to improve conversions from future campaigns.
• Ensure the company's social media accounts, and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience.
• Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
• Develop formalized business plans including commercial terms, go-to-market strategy and an execution plan.
• Monitor changes in Customer Lifetime Value over time to gauge the effectiveness of retention and upselling strategies.

Requirements

• B.Sc / HND in Business Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Growth Marketing, User Acquisition Marketing or Sales.
• Expertise with SEO, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 monthly
