Job Description

• Our client is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive with business development skills to join theirteam.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging and high-quality content that aligns with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and customer feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Analyze social media metrics and performance, preparing regular reports to measure the success of campaigns.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a community around the brand.

Content Creation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions to boost engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.

Business Development:

• Identify and research potential business opportunities and partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and influencers to expand the company's network.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients.
• Track and report on business development activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Strategy and Planning:

• Work with the marketing and business development teams to align social media efforts with overall business strategies and goals.
• Develop and implement plans to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation through social media channels.
• Identify opportunities for cross-promotional and collaborative marketing initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with Business Development skills
• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication, writing, and content creation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
