Job Title: Accountant (Female)

Location: Okebola, Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday - Saturday

Job Description

• We are seeking a qualified and motivated Accountant to join our team in Okebola, Ibadan. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
• You will be responsible for a range of accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax preparation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts, including accounts payable and receivable
• Process daily financial transactions (receipts, payments, etc.)
• Reconcile bank statements and identify discrepancies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support management decisions
• Perform other accounting tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting or a related field (preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience in an accounting role
• Proven knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Excel...)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 per month (commensurate with experience)
