What You Will Do

• As an Oracle Cloud Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate closely with customers to identify and develop tailored solutions that leverage Oracle technology, driving business value and fostering long-lasting relationships.
• You will work closely with specialists to design and implement solutions that meet customer business goals and technical requirements, ensuring a seamless adoption lifecycle.
• Collaborate with customers to identify and develop tailored solutions that leverage Oracle technology.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers on new workloads and projects.
• Align with the sales team to define and drive sales strategy.
• Identify and win new business opportunities.
• Orchestrate technical teams to ensure successful implementation of Oracle technology.
• Develop and maintain ongoing technical engagement plans.
• Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction and business value.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage all technical activities for Oracle accounts.
• Help define and drive growth strategies for Oracle accounts.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in their territory.
• Understand customer needs and develop solutions to address them.
• Inform customers about Oracle emerging technologies.
• Present Oracle's technology and demonstrate familiarity with infrastructure, security, and integration capabilities.
• Serve as customer SPOC for Technology Cloud engineering.
• Lead and assemble virtual cloud engineering teams to position the value of Oracle's technology and meet customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Domain Specialist Engineers, Solution Architects, adoption specialists, and other Oracle teams to support solution building, preparation, presentation, and delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud solutions, including implementation and customer adoption.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to delegate effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud offerings and architectures.
• Ability to translate customer needs into solutions that achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with TOGAF, ECal, and other architecture frameworks.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify key trends.
• Experience in engaging and influencing senior leaders.
• Relationship-building skills and ability to grow business.
• Collaborative approach and drive for impact.
• Experience with customer loyalty, culture, and change management.
• Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
