Job Description

• Are you fluent in Russian and English? Do you have exceptional organizational skills and a knack for multitasking? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Russian-Speaking Executive Assistant.
• In this role, you'll provide high-level support to our executives while utilizing your language proficiency to facilitate communication with Russian-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Russian-speaking clients, handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and providing assistance as needed.
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare detailed itineraries for executives.
• Translate documents, emails, and other communications between English and Russian with accuracy and professionalism.
• Assist with research, data analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Fluency in Russian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
