Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our travel agency. The successful candidate will manage financial transactions, ensure accurate record-keeping, and provide financial insights to support the agency's operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining and reconciling financial records, including ledgers and journals
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets
• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Processing invoices, payments, and payroll
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Conducting regular audits and financial analysis
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring timely tax payments
• Collaborating with management to develop financial strategies

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Degree in Accounting or Finance and prior experience in the travel industry are preferred with at least 3 years experience.
• Candidate should have a strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.

Salary
N130,000 - N150,000 / Month
