Gas Station Manager at Honour Flow Group of Companies (HFGC)

Honour Flow Group of Companies is a group of companies with over 500 staff across Delta State. The company owns several subsidiaries with variety of products and services available to customers, across the country. The sub-firms include eateries, massive warehouse (for sales of condiments, flour, and homely products in bulk), water factory, bakery, juice and ice-cream factory, gas station, filling station, and many others.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Gas Station Manager

Location: Ughelli, Delta
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and assign duties
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Train and supervise staff
• Adopts and demonstrates philosophies and standards regarding station operations, image, and personnel management.
• Manages with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote values.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills, including the ability to professionally communicate to your team, customers, colleagues, management and vendors.
• Ensure execution of established safety, security, quality, and policies.
• Manage day-to-day operation of the station. Duties include control and monitor station expenses and inventory, conduct mini-audits, computer entry, cleaning, maintenance, and customer relations.
• He must be able to manage gas re-fill and haulage.

 Requirements

• Minimum of university degree, HND, in respective areas of study as indicated.
• Minimum of 4years’ experience cognate experience.
• Cognate experience in Oil & Gas, industry as applicable to job title respectively.
• Honesty, commitment, hardworking and self-motivation.
• Male for gender balance
