Fadac Resources and Services Limited - Our client is a provider of total cargo solutions such as International Shipping & Logistics, Freight Forwarding, customs clearance (Import & Export), and general forwarding services across all airports, seaports, and borders in Nigeria and West Africa.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• To identify sales leads and convert them to accounts / customers.
• Implement growth strategies and plans, focusing both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Recruit new prospects using social networks such as LinkedIn and any other means.
• To recruit new customers; conduct research to identify new market and customer needs.
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions.
• Assist in ongoing competitor analysis and reporting.
• Implement strategies to achieve individual and departmental targets.

Requirements

• BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience Marketing.
• Efficient in Microsoft Office and application.
• Resourceful & Elegant.
• Excellent in Oral & communication skills.
• Effective Persuasive, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player etc.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Self-motivation and customer driven.
• Strategic thinker and visionary.
