Job Description

• They are seeking to hire a talented and creative web management & Digital Marketing Officer to join their team and help them grow their online presence. This role is crucial in enhancing their online presence, driving digital marketing initiatives, driving traffic, engagement, and conversions, and managing their website to ensure it aligns with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of the company’s website.
• Ensure website functionality, performance, and security are consistently monitored and collaborate with other teams to implement new website features and updates.
• Conduct regular website audits to identify and resolve issues, improve user experience, and enhance SEO performance to ensure all web content is optimized.
• Manage web hosting, domain registration, and analyze website traffic and user behaviour to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies including targeting and retargeting, create and curate engaging content for the website, social media channels management, email campaigns, and other digital channels, to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate sales.
• Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other relevant channels; Monitor key performance metrics and analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, sales and external partners to ensure alignment and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS), e-commerce platforms, SEO, SEM, ROAS, email marketing, social media marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of video editing and animation software.
• Proven experience as a web designer, and Digital Marketer or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of web development languages and tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
