Beacongate Limited is an HR Consulting Firm, offering a wide range of HR support services to organizations in the area of advisory, recruitment, training, business coaching, outsourcing, and HR services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Personnel

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure proper resolution in a timely manner.

Problem Solving:

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the Customer Care Manager or appropriate team.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Generate reports on customer service activities and trends.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for improving customer service procedures and suggest enhancements.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of new customer service strategies and tools.

Customer Education:

  • Educate customers on product features, benefits, and usage.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and product setup.
  • Provide guidance on company policies, warranty, and support services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates must Leave around Lekki- Ajah
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with difficult customers.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
