Job Summary

• We are seeking a disciplined and experienced individual for the role of Head of Ticketing.
• The ideal candidate will have a background in the military or DSS and will be responsible for overseeing the entire ticketing operations, ensuring efficiency, security, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all ticketing operations and staff.
• Develop and implement ticketing policies and procedures.
• Ensure the security and integrity of the ticketing system.
• Train and supervise ticketing staff to ensure high performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve ticketing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions.
• Generate reports on ticketing activities and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of BSc or HND.
• Must have a background in the military or DSS.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Must reside in Abuja.
