New Education Consult is a consulting firm for various schools in Lagos state. We are professions that seek to recruit high flyers in the labour market for our clients. Our clients range from Primary to Secondary School with both day and boarding faciliities with international standards. Curriculum are Nigerian, British and American taught at various levels. We ensure that employed candidates are treated as guided as the Nigerian Labour Law and international best practices.

Job Title: Front Desk / Admission Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
Front desk & Customer Service duties:

• Welcome visitors, ensuring the reception area is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper
• Attend to walk-in prospects, selling the College offerings, and converting enquires to form sales
• Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments
• Answer enquiry calls on College official line
• Respond to requests from current parents in person, over the phone, or online. This includes but is not limited to delivering messages, obtaining information, addressing complaints and reverting.
• Check, respond to and forward emails.

Marketing, Admissions & Database Management:

• Respond to messages on social media platforms
• Manage current and prospective students’ database on the school portal (Educare) by updating information, uploading forms, sending admissions results and admission letters, etc.
• Updating current and prospective parents’ numbers on WhatsApp, creating new lists as instructed, and sending messages to parents via the broadcast lists
• Attend to and keep record of field marketing form collection/submissions, request for flyers, etc.
• Carry out admission follow-up calls at various stages in the marketing and admissions process
• Organize walk-in entrance examinations
• Reconcile form, acceptance, and school fees payments as forwarded by prospective parents with the accounts department
• Sending various admissions WhatsApp communications to different classes of prospective parents according to the approved schedule
• Participate in the preparation for and conduct of entrance exams
• Participate in executing Mother’s day and Father’s day and other events
• Carry-out facility tours on request
• Prepare weekly and other necessary reports as requested
