Aim of the Job
- As a Sales Manager, Professional End User you will be responsible for leading, directing and motivating the Prof End-User Sales team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- You will implement locally relevant channel strategy to drive sales growth and market share and maximize sales opportunities and profitability in your sales region.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Operational:
- Executes the Lighting 4 Pillar Strategy in the context of local market trends and opportunities
- Delivers on operational targets
- Manages sales team to achieve sales targets
- Implements BMC initiatives if relevant for the area
Financial:
- Delivers AOP targets
- Achieves revenue, margins and sales productivity efficiencies targets
Customer:
- Drives for high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Drives Lighting's (brand) positioning in the Trade channel.
People
- Drives sales team engagement, culture of accountability
- Builds required sales capabilities to drive sustainable business performance in the area
- Drives capability development and tool adoption
Critical Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in a commercial facing role (sales in a B2B environment is a must).
- 2+years’ experience in people management role.
- Experience from a technology or fast paced industry (multinational environment preferred)
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
