Job Description

• Trustcrow is a Lagos based proptech company that specializes in an end-to-end platform for real estate transactions.
• We are building an online property platform to search, verify, purchase and exchange titles – all within your dashboard.
• Our service combines a property marketplace + the platform to pay for the property in a safe and transparent manner.
• Our focus is to protect the interest of buyers during property transactions, while connecting them with quality sellers. Trustcrow is a USA registered company with operations in Nigeria.
• We are currently seeking a highly skilled NYSC Property Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll gain valuable experience in sales, marketing, and customer relationship building, while contributing directly to the company's growth.
• Trustcrow is a startup technology company. Characteristics of a startup include but are not limited to being fast-paced, uncertain, flexible, experimental, and grit. 
• The successful candidate will marry these characteristics and be able to provide solutions for different business needs while exhibiting good management skills and a strong understanding of the company’s products and services.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through various channels (phone calls, email outreach, social media).
• Building Relationships: Develop rapport with leads, understand their needs, and present our products/services as solutions.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the value proposition and addressing customer concerns.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
• Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with existing clients.
• Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives such as creating social media content, email campaigns, or market research.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on progress towards targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Female preferably
• Graduate of Estate Management or related field
• Is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
• Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Is a confident and persuasive presenter with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Has a strong desire to learn and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in sales (especially B2B) is a plus, but not mandatory.
