Job Title: Junior IT Consultant

Description 

• Our client is looking to hire a knowledgeable and experienced Junior IT Consultant to join our team.
• The successful candidate will provide expert advice and support to clients in order to help them optimize their IT systems and achieve their business goals.
• This role involves analyzing the current IT infrastructure, recommending improvements, and implementing solutions tailored to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Manage business development, integrate and maximize the value of IT systems
• Understanding customer requirements and business objectives and requirement
• Providing strategic advice on using technology to achieve goals
• Managing IT initiatives and collaborating with in-house technical staff
• Design IT systems and networks ensuring the right architecture and functionality
• Assist with technical issues, revise existing systems and suggest improvements
• Support new technology implementation
• Train users in new and existing IT systems

Qualifications

• BSc / BA in computer science, IT, or relevant field;
• Minimum of 2-3 proven years of experience as an IT Consultant
• Professional certification (e.g. CompTIA A+ is an asset)

Must Have Skills:

• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
• Experience with various operating systems and databases
• An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities
• A team player with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Customer service orientation
• Interpersonal skills
