Overview

• Manage corporate client relationships to drive customer acquisition, retention, and income generation from bank products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assets and liabilities with reputable companies.
• Market to and acquire new profitable corporate customers.
• Maintain and enhance key customer relationships.
• Cross-sell the bank’s products.
• Implement customer loyalty programs.
• Negotiate terms and prepare credit applications.
• Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong strategic management and leadership.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and networking.
• Proficient in marketing, business development, and credit analysis.
• Knowledge of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret economic trends and business opportunities.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Postgraduate or professional certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in banking, with 6 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in sales, credit, and relationship management within corporate banking.
• Knowledge of financial analysis, business law, and banking operations.
• Public sector experience is an advantage.
