Job Title: Project Associate

Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• We are seeking a Project Associate to support the kickoff of a 2-year project, focusing on market research, coordinating and finalizing the work plan, as well as other general project tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct Market Research to validate key aspects of the project.
• Gather all administrative data required to prepare the final work plan.
• Work closely with teams to develop standard reporting templates and a reporting calendar for all report submissions (establishing clear internal and external deadlines).
• Facilitate tracking USAID donor reports in collaboration with fundraiser staff to support donor stewardship.
• Work proactively with team members to upload all relevant documents to be shared with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze data and create reports to facilitate program and donor grants data analysis in collaboration with the Program teams.
• Perform special projects as needed.

Educational Qualifications, Experience & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years experience preferably in a donor reporting function
• Proficiency with systems, complex data structures and applications including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with data-intensive analysis; Ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Proven ability to prioritize, work in a team and independently, and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously
• Must have strong communication skills and be able to interact effectively with departments across the organization
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to deliver reports according to requirements and strict deadlines.
