Job Description

• This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Strategy / PMO at AIICO Insurance Plc, located in Lagos with flexibility for remote work.
• The Head of Strategy / PMO will be responsible for managing and implementing the company's strategic initiatives and overseeing the Project Management Office.
• The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and implementing strategic plans, monitoring project performance, and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in strategic planning and project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience in the big fours will be an added advantage
• 6+ years of experience in Strategy / Planning
• 4+ years of work experience with Business Project Management
