Job Summary

• We are seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our store and supervise our team of employees. This role requires a meticulous and analytical approach to management, encompassing efficient scheduling, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze store performance to maximize sales and profits
• Uphold store standards in customer service, cleanliness, and product display
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of store staff
• Communicate and enforce store policies and procedures
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues
• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain security systems
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications

• HND or ONDin Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in retail management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail software programs
