Job Description

• We are looking to hire a Junior Business Development Officerfor our client a financial institution. The ideal candidates will utilize your recent experience as a direct sales agent in a bank to identify prospect,engage and sell our financial products to potential investors.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and recommending investment strategies that align with their objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our product offerings and develop effective sales strategies.
• Actively promote our diverse range of investment products and services, highlighting their benefits and advantages.
• Stay current with market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and informed investment advice..
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, consistently contributing to the growth of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of recent 2 years of direct sales experience in a banking environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the banking or financial sector.
• In-depth understanding of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a consultative sales approach.
