Job Title: Executive Assistant (Fully Remote)

Location: Lagos

Description 

• We are seeking dedicated, young, aggressive and hard-working web/internet researchers to work as executive assistants (EAs) to sales representatives of reputable U.S. companies. These are sales forces that personalize rather than mass-market prospective clients. Thus, there is need to profile the prospects. In this role as EA, you will be responsible for browsing the internet to exhaustively and diligently search for information on the potential clients assigned to you.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized research to meet the target numbers assigned to over a prescribed period in order to meet schedules.
• Gather information on individuals and companies using sources such as Crunchbase, LinkedIn, X.com, YouTube videos, blog posts, webinars, company blogs, and 10-K reports.
• Provide relevant, concise and accurate information within work plan.

Requirements

• Must be a First Degree / HND graduate of any discipline.
• Commendable proficiency in oral and written English Language is a must.
• Understanding of the U.S. software sales market.
• A understanding of B2B software sales, open source software, and the developer product space
• Knowledge of buyer personas
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Experience using SalesForce
• Background in software engineering preferred
• Be well versed with MS tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to be proactive and instantaneously respond to messages.
• Candidate must have a working laptop and stable Internet

Compensation

• Starting salary: $3,600 / year
• 2-week training program
