Job Title: Health Wellness Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The Health and Wellness Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health and wellness programs that enhance the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees.
• This role involves coordinating wellness initiatives, promoting healthy lifestyles, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement health and wellness programs tailored to employees' needs.
• Organize wellness activities, workshops, and seminars on topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, and mental health.
• Collaborate with HR and management to integrate wellness initiatives into company policies and practices.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, using feedback and data to make improvements.
• Provide support and resources to employees for maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Promote a culture of health and wellness through regular communication and engagement initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in health and wellness program management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of health promotion, wellness strategies, and employee well-being practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Passion for promoting health and wellness in the workplace.
