Job Title: Junior Graphics Designer

Role Description

• We are currently looking to recruit a talented & creative Junior Graphics Designer that is result oriented and self-motivated. You will be required to work from our office in Ikeja.
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Graphics Designers to work from our offices in Ikeja. You will be working with the project manager to create excellent designs for banners, flyers and online Images.
• You wil also be required to either know how to use or learn how to use a video design application. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement user-centered designs.

Core Responsibilities and Duties

• Translate user requirements into high quality designs
• Create high-quality visuals within limited time frame for print and digital media
• Design presentation materials or products
• Create and design prototypes for web & mobile apps
• Create visual concepts using video scribe & Easy Sketch Pro
• Provide advice and guidance on design concepts & applications
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
• Create and maintain design documentation
• You will be required to perform any other required task as assigned to this role

Person Specification

• Able to work on own initiative with minimal supervision
• Excellent command of English Language Written and Spoken
• Excellent Telephone and Interpersonal skills
• An effective and confident communicator with the ability to influence situations
• Ability to achieve set goals with attention to details
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to prioritise workload and complete in timely manner
• Ability to consistently produce work of a high standard
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment & learn rapidly

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year professional experience
• Flexible work approach, self-motivated and organised.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and Adobe Illustrator is essential
• Knowledge of a video creating/editing softwware will be a plus
• Knowledge of Figma would be a plus
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.

Salary

• N120,000 monthly basic.
