Job Summary

• The Business/DataAnalyst will be responsible for conducting business and financial analysis by collaborating with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and propose innovative solutions to drive ITH Holdings business growth and transformation.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Utilize a variety of analytical tools and techniques to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights that support business decision-making.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to assess the financial performance of the company, identify trends, and forecast future financial outcomes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost reduction, and process optimization through data-driven insights.
• Assist in identifying and evaluation of investment opportunities, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives by conducting financial due diligence.
• Work cross-functionally to size markets and develop launch strategies for new opportunities.
• Develop strategies for entering new business markets.
• Assess our ability to win, and competitive threats in new and existing markets.
• In-depth quantitative analysis of Global Markets business results and internal metrics, third party competitive benchmarking data, to support a broad range of bespoke strategy projects.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory changes related to IT, and share knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Assess the various products and solutions of ITH Holdings to provide insight on areas of improvement.
