Job Description

• The Store Keeper is responsible for the organization, management, and maintenance of the company's warehouse, inventory, and supplies.
• They ensure efficient storage, tracking, and distribution of all materials, goods, and equipment needed for business operations.

Duties

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of all materials, products, and equipment
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy
• Optimize storage space and layout to maximize efficiency and accessibility
• Implement and enforce proper storage, handling, and safety protocols
• Coordinate with purchasing and production teams to ensure timely replenishment of supplies
• Supervise and train store room staff, including stock clerks and material handlers
• Prepare and submit periodic inventory and storage reports
• Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are kept clean, organized, and well-maintained
