Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Overview

  • A dynamic service company with interests in Accounting, Audit Assurance, Tax Consultancy, Advisory and Business Consultancy services require an Executive assistant for the Chief Executive.The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and technical support to the Chief Executive. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with the team to manage technical projects, provide administrative support, and coordinate various activities that ensure the smooth running of the Chief Executive’s activities and office

Responsibilities

  • Organize and prioritize the Chief Executive’s daily activitiesin advance for his approval including scheduling meetings,arranging travel, and responding to emails.
  • Provide technical support to the Chief Executive, including conducting research, data analysis, and interpretation of information.
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and other relevantdocuments.
  • Maintain the Chief Executive’s files, records and databases includingconfidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Work closely with Audit & Assurance, Tax Consultancy, Business Development, Operations, and finance teams to ensure closeout of critical projects and follow-up.
  • Occasional remote working with the Chief Executive, Business Development, Operations, and finance in-country and outside the country (Local andInternational).
  • Update the Chief Executive on critical information as it arises, track project progress, and ensure that milestones are achieved on-time.
  • Ensure all correspondence and documents are accurate, concise, and of high quality, usingappropriate tools and maintaining version control.
  • Collaborate with the Confidential secretary /Administrator in running the Lagos offices of the company
  • Work the CEO to meet targets and deadlines by clients .
  • Act as liaison between the Chief Executive and other organizational units and stakeholders,ensuring that the communication flows effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships at all levels, including internal and external customers,suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Support efficient implementation of new and current technical processes, programs, tools, and practices as directed.
  • All other tasks related to the above functions as delegated by the CEO.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree qualification in Accounting, Business Admin or a related Finance course with ICAN or ACCA certification
  • Must reside on the Island for proximity( this is required please) candidates on the mainland need not apply please
  • Candidates with Masters degree without ICAN or ACCA will be considered .
  • 2 - 4years of administrative and executive support experience in afinance, business consultancy environment or related field
  • Previous experience working in an audit firm is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Experience with Audit Assurance/ Tax consultancy is an added advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very strong alignment with the company’s core value system – Innovation, Passion, Impact, Integrity, and Collaboration.
  • Good communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with clients, internal peers, inside/outside clientsetc.
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
  • Detail oriented and articulate.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proven passion and enthusiasm for carrying out administrative duties and ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andaccounting software etc

Salary
N180,000.00 - N250,000.00 per month.
