Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Shisha Attendant to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in preparing and serving shisha.
• The Shisha Attendant will be responsible for delivering a high-quality shisha experience to our guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation and Service:

• Prepare shisha pipes, including the setup of coals, tobacco, and flavoring.
• Ensure shisha pipes are clean and well-maintained before and after use.
• Serve shisha to customers, ensuring proper setup and safety procedures are followed.

Customer Service:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests in selecting shisha flavors and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Address any questions or concerns promptly and courteously.

Maintenance and Safety:

• Regularly inspect and maintain shisha equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including the proper handling and disposal of coals.
• Monitor the lounge area to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.

Inventory and Supplies:

• Manage inventory of shisha supplies, including tobacco, coals, and equipment.
• Communicate with management to order necessary supplies and equipment in a timely manner.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Shisha Attendant or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Extensive knowledge of shisha preparation, flavors, and equipment maintenance.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must comply with all local health and safety regulations related to shisha service.
