Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 10 years in the industry to lead our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory management, and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Must reside in Lagos.
• Must not be a Yoruba for equality, only candidates from other regions would be considered.
