Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Technical Team Lead / Project Manager to oversee the development of ClaadMe.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, leading teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development team to build and maintain the ClaadMe platform.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and communication.
• Ensure that all technical aspects of the project align with the overall business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Team Lead or Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 10 years experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in the fashion industry.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and related tools.

Salary
N150,000 - N400,000 monthly
